Welcome! I'm a San Diego-based hairstylist located in the University City/La Jolla area, specializing in blonding, custom color, and dimensional/lived-in color. As someone with curly hair, I understand the importance of embracing and working with all hair types, and I welcome clients of all textures. I look forward to working with you! *** REFUND & REDO POLICY: All services are final sale. I do not offer refunds or partial refunds under any circumstances. I do, however, offer redo/adjustment services under the following conditions: • Redo requests must be made within one (1) week of the original appointment. • Redos are offered only if the issue is a direct result of miscommunication during the consultation or if the final result was not to the client’s liking due to an error on my part and simply requires adjustment. • Clients must notify me as soon as possible if they are unhappy with their hair, and before washing, styling, or otherwise tampering with it, so adjustments can be made promptly. Redo services will not be offered in the following situations and will be charged as a separate service: • The client changes their mind after the appointment and wants a different service or look. • Hair color is altered, stripped, or compromised due to improper at-home care, use of unapproved products, or chemical services performed elsewhere. • Damage or changes occur due to factors outside of my control. Cancellation Policy
Please note that a 50% cancellation fee will be applied for all no-shows or appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, except in cases of emergencies. Cancellations made more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
